For now, I’ve only unlocked three tyre compounds and I still use my default power train but you can build your own custom power train at tier 7 which I really look forward to!!! You will also experience scenarios such as rain conditions and virtual safety cars. The racing is super fun and I have already experienced many scenarios with Softs wearing out to quickly so I have to switch to hard tyres and go on a super long stint. Overall, this feels balanced when played. Sometimes this can feel like a grind just building new parts all the time but I feel like this is balanced with the time it takes to build parts. Upgrading drivers, staff, and car is all quite a bit to do. This is the most critical part to the game. I’ve been doing playing Motorsport Manager for some time now and here’s what I have to say.
